Refund Policy for Memberships
Premium Membership Refunds
For premium memberships, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your premium membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Unused Membership: If you have not accessed any premium content or participated in any premium member events, you may be eligible for a prorated refund after the 30-day period.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing premium membership benefits and our support team is unable to resolve these issues, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Annual Membership Renewals
For automatic annual membership renewals:
- If your membership automatically renews and you request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date, we will provide a full refund for the renewal fee.
- After 14 days from the renewal date, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the time elapsed since renewal.
Non-Refundable Membership Situations
Memberships are generally non-refundable in the following situations:
- If you have extensively used premium membership benefits (attended multiple exclusive events, accessed a significant amount of premium content, etc.)
- If your membership has been active for more than 6 months

Refund Policy for Event Registrations
Standard Events
For standard workshops, webinars, and meetups:
- Full Refund Period: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 2-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund Period: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Special Events & Hackathons
For larger events such as conferences and hackathons:
- Full Refund Period: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event will receive a 70% refund.
- Limited Refund Period: Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the event will receive a 30% refund.
- No Refund Period: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Transfers & Credits
If you are unable to attend an event for which you've registered:
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.
- You may request to convert your registration fee to a credit for future events, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of the original event.
Event Cancellation by SKIH Programming Club
If we cancel an event:
- You will be offered a full refund of your registration fee.
- Alternatively, you may choose to apply your registration fee to a future event.
- We will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred in relation to the canceled event.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
For digital products such as e-books, courses, and downloadable resources:
- Before Access/Download: Full refunds are available if you have not accessed or downloaded the digital product.
- After Access/Download: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptions: If the digital product is defective or significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund
